Cancellation Policy

At the time of the booking Rifugio Croda da Lago will charge you AS DEPOSIT of € 25 per person, the payment must be made at check out.

The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before arrival (a total of €5 will be retained for administrative fees); otherwise, no refund will be issued.

In case of cancellation of the booking 2 days prior to arrival the total amount of the booking will be charged, exept for additional services.

INFORMATIONS:

• The buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 till 08:30.
• Check in from 3 P.m., check out 9 a.m.
• Dinner will be served at 19:00.
• The shower is operated by a token system, costing € 5,00 for about 25 litres of hot water.
• Reservations are valid until 18:00, if you expect to arrive late, it is necessary to let us know.
