The sauna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At a 2000 meters altitude, it is hard to find a barrel sauna and yet, about ten years ago, we decided to place one between the mountain hut and lake Federa, in one of the most beautiful and fascinating spots in Cortina d\u2019Ampezzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A unique experience, ranging from good food to breath-taking scenery. And so, one can relax, after a nice hike, in the Finnish-style sauna, enjoy the smell of burning wood and the heat that eases all tensions from the body. Just the right opportunity to spend some moments of wellbeing in an undebatable natural paradise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next to the sauna, there is a cold water tub, the water coming from the lake directly, where to plunge after having benefitted from the high temperature inside the sauna. (80\u00b0 Celsius)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price is 20 euro per person, that includes a towel. Please note that shower access is not included in the price and must be paid separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is recommended to book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sauna is always available during the opening months of the mountain hut, from 4 pm until about 18:30.<\/p>\n\n\n
